The challenge
Small businesses lose sales while customers wait for answers. Existing chatbots demand long configuration, brittle decision trees and technical setup that owners simply don't have time for. The product needed to feel effortless: from sign-up to a live, trained assistant in seconds.
Our approach
We designed a training flow that ingests a business's own content and turns it into a grounded knowledge base, then wrapped it in a one-line embeddable widget. Real-time streaming replies, a WhatsApp channel, and a clean dashboard were built on a typed React + Node stack with a retrieval pipeline over PostgreSQL.
The outcome
Businesses go live in under 60 seconds with average reply times around three seconds, answering product, delivery and support questions around the clock across web and WhatsApp.
